At SoftNexaDigital, we sell digital products that are delivered electronically. Because digital products may become accessible immediately after a successful purchase, cancellation options may be limited once delivery or access has occurred.
1. Cancelling an Order

Please include your order number and the email address used during checkout.
We will review cancellation requests based on the status of the order and whether the digital product has already been delivered or accessed.
2. Orders That Have Not Yet Been Delivered
If your digital order has not yet been delivered or made available to you, you may contact us to request cancellation.
Where cancellation is approved, any eligible refund will normally be issued to the original payment method.
3. Orders Already Delivered or Accessed
Once a digital product has been delivered, downloaded, or made available for access, cancellation may no longer be possible because the product cannot be physically returned.
However, if you experience a technical problem, receive an incorrect product, receive a defective or corrupted file, or encounter another issue with your order, please contact our support team. We will review the situation and may provide a replacement, new download link, technical assistance, or a refund where appropriate.
4. Duplicate Orders
If you accidentally place the same order more than once, please contact us as soon as possible.
We will review the duplicate transaction and, where appropriate, refund the duplicate purchase.
5. Customer Responsibility
Before completing a purchase, customers are encouraged to review the product description, included files, file format, requirements, compatibility information, and intended use.
A change of mind or failure to review the product information before purchasing may not qualify for cancellation or a refund after the digital product has been delivered or accessed.
